The controller for this site is northsocialhubs, reachable at privacy@northsocialhubs.com.

The contact form collects the name, email address, subject and message you type, plus the fact that you ticked the consent box. Nothing else is requested and no field is pre-filled.

The data is used only to read and answer your message. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, and our legitimate interest in correcting the sheet when a reader points out a mistake.

Messages are kept for as long as the exchange is useful and for up to twenty-four months, then deleted. A correction may be kept longer as an editorial note, without your contact details.

The hosting provider records ordinary access logs: IP address, time, requested address and browser string. They exist for security and fault-finding and are kept for a short period by the provider.

There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixel and no third-party cookie on this site. Nothing is stored in your browser: the single script on the page opens and closes the menu and does nothing else.

The site is served by a hosting provider acting as our processor, and messages reach us through an email provider acting in the same role. Both are bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

If a provider stores data outside your own country, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in portable form, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address above and we will answer.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the data protection authority for the country where you live or work.
