Terms of Use
What this site is, what it does not do, and the limits of what it publishes.
northsocialhubs.com publishes editorial descriptions of hotels and resorts, organised around one question: which way each building faces. Using the site means accepting these terms.
The site is informational and editorial. It is not a travel agency, it takes no bookings, holds no availability and handles no payments. Nothing here is an offer to sell anything.
Descriptions of direction are an editorial reading of maps, plans and published photographs. They are not survey data, they are not measured, and they are never given in degrees or bearings.
Information is published in good faith and without any guarantee that it is current. Buildings are altered, names change and operators change. The date in the last cell of an entry shows when the sources were opened.
The site does not publish prices, star grades, ratings, opening hours, schedules or availability, and does not carry paid placements or affiliate links.
Nothing on this site is advice about which room, side or floor to choose, and nothing here should be treated as travel, safety or legal advice.
Where the site links out, it does so for reference only. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Text and page design are the property of the site's editors. Photographs remain the property of their owners. Short quotation with a clear credit and a link is welcome; wholesale copying is not.
Factual errors are corrected once they are established. A hotel may write to us about its own building and we will consider the correction on its merits. No payment is asked for or accepted for any change.
As far as the law allows, the editors are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Travel decisions remain the reader's own.
These terms may be revised. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Four entries describe Canadian resorts that contain a casino. The gaming floor is not described or assessed anywhere on this site, and nothing here encourages gambling. Casinos are for adults only; in Canada the minimum age is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Québec.
If gambling stops being a game: in Ontario, ConnexOntario 1-866-531-2600; in Québec, 1-800-461-0140; in British Columbia, 1-888-795-6111. Outside Canada, look up the helpline for your own country.
